The crew at Mr. Tire on Bridge Street is second to none! I?ve trusted these guys with my vehicles for years, and they have never disappointed. They consistently provide excellent service, are always accommodating, and somehow find a way to fit you in and get you back on the road quickly. Friendly, professional, and honest?it?s why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I waffled on making a review, but I would want this information myself if the roles were reversed. Two honestly may be generous, but they did the job correctly. I brought my car in (only 21,000 miles, new) for a basic oil change, tire rotation and wiper fluid refill. I made an appointment online and in the comments let them know that I have the Carvana Premiere Care package which includes those things three times a year covered through SilverRock. All they have to do is call SilverRock (number provided in appointment comments). I got there and checked in and they said ?now we wait?. When I inquired why, they said they have to wait to hear from SilverRock and I let them know they have to call the number I provided in the comments. He let me know they ?can?t see the comments and next time I should let them know in advance?. It took him a ~30 second phone call to them to confirm and they started working on my car. I waited an hour and 30 minutes for this appointment, and the man helping me was incredibly condescending and rude. He scolded me after checkout for not ?calling SilverRock before for MY problem?. I?ve gone to Valvoline and have had significantly better service and am in and out in 15 minutes. He also offered every other customer that walked in water or coffee, but vehemently ignored me or made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Just want to bring awareness in the event this is recurrent.....
