I was there couple weeks ago was a Sunday my only day off work . I had the oil changed that's all I asked them to do . I had them put in synthetic oil , but I'm thinking they used reg , oil . I'll get back to that . As I waited an hour , they took all my tires off my car and tried to sell me other repairs. I'm already pisd at this point , take my tires off for an oil change. It's been two weeks since my change and yesterday my engine oil level is low light come on , it don't leak oil at all so they never filled it completely. Was a quart low . It's ridiculous. They didn't even do a check to other fluids . Nothing only tried to sell me things I didn't need . I'll never go back and suggest no one go to mavis in Rio grands nj . I know was not synthetic it was already very dark brown turning iv only drove 20 miles since the change . Synthetic oil won't do that . Like i said stay away from mavis , I have my receipt I may go file a claim I feel scammed 118. For a allegedly synthetic oil change, without topping it to the fill line . Or topping off washer or steering fluids , they are not getting my business. Very unsatisfied....
