I recently brought my 2019 BMW X3 to Mr. Tire to address what I believed was a slow leak in my rear passenger tire. I want to start by saying that my initial experience was positive. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and straightforward. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning and arrived at 8:30am as requested. Less than an hour after dropping off my vehicle, I received a call informing me that I needed a new tire. I was told it would be ordered immediately and could arrive around lunchtime, or possibly as late as 4?5pm. That timeline was completely reasonable. However, by 5:15pm I still hadn?t received any update. When I called, I was simply told, ?the tire never came,? followed by silence. I had to ask additional questions ? whether they followed up with the supplier, whether there was an ETA, or any timeframe for the next day. The only answer I received was ?tomorrow morning.? The next day, noon came and went with no communication at all. At that point, I walked over, requested my vehicle back, and decided to have the service done elsewhere. My feedback is not meant to be harsh ? just honest and constructive. Communication matters, especially when customers rely on their vehicle as their only means of transportation. I chose Mr. Tire over several other shops within a one?mile radius because I value professionalism and reliability. The initial interaction was great, but the lack of updates and follow?through afterward made the experience frustrating. A simple phone call, text, or proactive update would have gone a long way. Excellent customer service today by the gentleman at the desk- Cameron, super nice and very helpful with our vehicle.
