I want to thank Mr. Tire and Rachel Ortiz for making good on a prior experience! They turned an unhappy experience into a great one. I received an unexpected call, Rachel asked me to bring my truck in, and in a little over an hour I was back on the road with the updated parts. I also would like to thank the mechanics and crew, very knowledgeable and they were actually complimented for the work by another shop when I brought it for service. I would definitely recommend Mr. Tire and use them in the future if the need arises. . They followed up and made good on their end!....

Coming from someone who has been to this Mr. Tire multiple times for the company I work for, and being a loyal customer every time. It bothers me when I pull up to a shop with as I can see many empty lifts if not all! And walking into the front desk to be immediately told there?s a 45 minute wait for somebody to look at my tire. Now, please understand I am no longer in the automotive industry nor the customer service industry, but I was a mechanic for seven years. I?ve dealt with service writers service managers technicians and all, for a customer to walk in to an empty shop being told there?s 45 minutes to wait before their Tire gets looked at does not put a good taste in your mouth. No, I?m not sure if management has changed but previously I was never shown such attitude and neglect walking into a shop being a customer. One thing I will say is after waiting my hour and a half my tire was patched properly from the inside and I do appreciate that.....
