Brought the car in 3/21/26, for a coolant leak and tire sensor malfunction, thats where the nightmare begins. They call me and tell me i need front brakes, and have multiple leaks. I ok?d the brakes and ok?d the head gasket. A few weeks later i called them for an update, i?m told the tech broke a bolt and they cant get it out. I only got answers when i called, their lack of communication is aggravating. Now several weeks later i call and I'm told, they sent out the header to be machined and the machine broke, months go by no phone calls. I call them early sept and was told it?s done with a noise with the front brakes. I go there to pay and the first thing i notice is the low air icon is still there, the tire sensor. I open the drivers door, grease and black marks all over the door panel and door jam. I pop the hood and find multiple items, nuts, bolts, power steering reservoir leaking and brackets not re-connected. I take it home and when i hit the brakes theres a loud thud noise from the front end. I call and go back to take Ken for a test drive and he agrees it?s not ?dust on the brakes? issue and I left the car there. I wait 2 weeks and call Ken, he told me its arms off the front axle,& might as well replace both. Knowing I'm aggravated, Ken says he?ll pay the labor if i pay for the parts, @$800+ additional to the $4700 I've already paid, i told him the arms weren't broke when i brought it in 6 months ago, i asked for additional deduction and was only given $39 each arm and had to pay $748. Then to add a cherry on top, dirt and grease marks again on the door panel and door jam, along with my key fob broken and missing a button.
