I went to this location on Joppa road 3/11/26 and initially came in for a brake pad job.. I was told I needed 4 new tires, rotors in the front, oil and lug nuts. Grant it most of the work was needed and I had it completed, 1400$ later.. However with the tire installation the tech named Keith at Joppa location damaged the front left sensor! I was told the light was on due to system needing to ? reset ? itself. I drove the car for about a week after work was completed and light didn?t go off.. I was suspicious about it because nothing was on my dash prior to work. Went back and was told the sensor had ? died? and I would be charged 88$ to replace the battery. I went and got a second opinion at the Harford road location and they confirmed damages to sensor and mentioned a slow leak coming from the front left tire. Shout out to Mike who fixed it properly at the Harford road location! The tech at the Joppa road location lied about the damages and the front desk lady Lisa backed him on this claim.. which was very disappointing. Called corporate and got sensor replaced free of charge. I was happy about that! Long story short, check your car before driving off lot and get a second opinion if needed!....
