This was the worst experience with a business I have EVER had. My husband has been going here for years and had no problems?so I gave it a shot. I wish I didn?t. I called the day before to make an appointment to replace a flat tire on my daughter?s Hyundai at 3:30pm. I expressed that I would drop the car off but needed to pick it up the same day. Appointment made. The next day I arrived on time at 3:30. The lobby was disturbingly messy- like a hurricane went through there. No one was at the front desk. After a couple minutes a man arrived and I told him that I had made an appointment to replace a flat tire. He seemed to be on another phone call. He grabbed a piece of paper (looked like a receipt), flipped it over and told me to write my name down and leave the key. I was shocked, but I wrote my name down. I expressed that we had the tires replaced on this exact car 3 months ago at this location and asked if he could look that up. He said he could not. What?! Despite my trepidation I left the car and told him we would come back to pick it up in 3 hours (before they close). After 6pm I still hadn?t received a call about the car or the work- so I called. He told me that the tire that went flat has a bad ?side wall?, and that one of the other tires had a nail in it, and that the front tires were old. He said he could replace all 4 for $850. Again?What?! I told him just replace the flat tire. We will be there in 30-40 minutes to pick it up (the store closes at 7). He said okay. We came at 6:45 to pick up the car. The door was locked. A technician came out and I said we are here to pick up the Hyundai. I found out that they hadn?t even STARTED working on the car. Apparently the ?manager? (the man I spoke with earlier) had left to pick up a part for another car. We ended up waiting another 50 minutes for the tire change. There is no seating inside (just stacks of tires), so we waited outside in the rain. We finally left with the finished car close to 8pm (an hour after closing) Let me add that the technician was amazing. He stayed late to get it done. Had a 730 appointment. Wait about 20 minutes before I left because there was no one there to open the business. Was not the only customer that was waiting for the appointment and even an employee was waiting for someone to open the building. The company called to see why I missed appointment then rescheduled and also so I could show up at any time bc they are never busy to have my service done. I showed up about 45 minutes before my appointment and waited 15-20 minutes at the counter for no one to ever help me. Appeared others were also waiting for someone to show up to counter to help them. Due to this I cancelled by later appointment and went to a different place the following day as customer service does not appear to be a priority for this location.....Read More
