The Manager (Devon) was fantastic. Vehicle was ?done? as promis. It had some minor communication errors causing a check engine light which was not on when I dropped it off. I cleared those codes prior to leaving the facility. I test drove the vehicle about 5 miles without issue. The day after, 6/19, I was driving to Royal Farms near my home when I noticed the air conditioner stopped cooling. It was blowing hot air at the traffic light just before turning. The AC got cool again as I moved up in the stopped traffic. When it was my turn to turn left the power steering stopped effectively locking my steering wheel. I narrowly missed a car turning in front of me. The power steering returned. I got fuel and opened the hood. I noticed a stream of coolant spraying on the belt and power steering unit. I checked the temp gauge. It was still in an acceptable range. I carefully drove the vehicle about home (2 miles without issue). I removed the engine air hose from engine amd air box. I found the upper radiator hose was rubbing on an engine pulley. It had worn o he on the hose causing coolant to spraying on the engine pulleys causing the belts to slip. The hose wasn?t attached to the fan housing as it was when dropped off. I also found a metal piece of shroud just laying on top of the radiator. I replaced the radiator hose and installed the piece of shroud. I would still use this facility to work in my vehicle. I?m sure an incident like this is not usual and any needed corrective action would be taken.....
