Took my company truck there because of a noise last week they told me it was a brake hose and come to find out it was a wheel bearing on both sides was down the guy acted like he didn't have time to fix after I had mad an appointment and drove an hour to get there on top of it to only get told it was a brake hose making a grinding noise in front wheel took it to another shop cause bearing went completely out 2 days later gonna make sure Holman knows how they did Noone in our office will take trucks to them anymore now I'm without my company truck cause they didn't want to do their job....

????? I had an excellent experience at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers. Chris, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was professional, honest, and took the time to explain what my vehicle needed without any pressure. The work was completed promptly, and the entire staff was courteous and helpful. It?s refreshing to find an auto service center that truly values customer service. I highly recommend Chris and the team at Mr. Tire, and I?ll definitely be returning for future service.....
