Holcomb Bridge Location- Not happy at all!! Asked for an oil change & alignment which cost over $220 & to drive my car two days later & see that NO alignment was done. I call back & was told to bring my car back. After picking my car for a 2nd time I was told by Jason the store manager that a TECH not his mechanic did my alignment which he did not have the experience needed for an alignment. Jason also tells me that my alignment was not done because I need a rack & pinion which they can do for $2000!! This should?ve inspected before charging me $220! Now they tell me I can?t get a refund but can bring my vehicle back once I get the repairs & they will do the alignment. NO THANK YOU! REFUND MY MONIES! BBB will be contacted next!....

DO NOT take your car here! If I could give this shop a negative rating, I would. I took my car for an oil change and during inspection they said I needed new back brake pads. So I said ok, and when I drove home I realized they put on new FRONT brake pads. So the next day I let them know and they put back brakes on for free. I was satisfied, but then I realized a week later that the I was missing a brake clip on one of my front brakes. I took it to the shop and the manager, Chris, said a mechanic who no longer is there forget to tell him. So they put on a brake clip and they also said I needed a new front axle for $700. At this point, I wanted nothing else to do with this shop and I went to a different mechanic. After he inspected the car, he said the axle is fine but the back brake pads were loose and put on incorrectly and was making the noise that Mr. Tire thought was the axle. Bottom line, if you take your car here there is a good chance they mess up, do a crappy job, and make you spend money on things you don?t need. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!....
