I've been using this place on and off for years. Mechanics has always been great. And this time, the front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!! (Sorry I didn't get his name). If the staff like him are there, I would take all of my cars to this place! (The different guy working there like 2 years ago was horrible and I stayed away for a while)

First off I am a woman who owns and drives a pickup truck with an 8ft bed. For probably 5 years or more my tailgate has gotten stuck and is hard to close. I went for tires and left with my tailgate completely unable to close. Why no one could come out to the waiting room and ask me how to open it I?m livid! Why because I?m a woman? But to leave there and have to come home and order retractable ratchet straps to hold my tailgate closed was totally ridiculous! And worse the manager knew they broke it. Cause he said to me that my tailgate was broke. I responded saying it?s tricky you have to pull up on the handle just right and lift and then slam it shut. He never informed me it wouldn?t close anymore. But I walked out to my truck and tried 3 times to shut it realizing it wouldn?t catch. Realizing they broke it completely I calmly got in my truck and left. Especially since after all four tires took 2 hours to replace and the manager was like you?ve got no issues that need attention. Um yeah I do. I even asked when I got there for new windshield wipers. I find as a woman who?s father was a great mechanic that a ?mechanic? that?ll hide or pass up issues isn?t one to trust. Oh and did I mention the payment issue? If I?d know we had to pay a different way then we planned different tires would have been chosen.....
