The 5 stars is for the front staff. It was actually a pleasant experience, great communication, very accommodating and friendly. The quality of work was a little different Maybe a dispatch or communication issue Oil Change- Light not reset, I had to reset 4 tires- Low pressure light still on when picked up I had to reset 21 point check top off fluid-washer solvent empty, I refilled ok now Brake flush- not done at all 125$ I'm due a refund Like I said nice folks but they need to work out some QC issues and also send me a refund, or credit my card. Hopefully they read this and do that , 3/22 well they talk a big game. There's no refund no compromise no store credit to future service no splitting the difference. They even offered to refund my money on my previous review. The solution was I'd be inconvenienced by paying someone to check it out and verify the things that I had to do myself weren't completed. I even contacted the CEO of the company with no response as to a some sort of resolution. I don't judge folks by their mistakes I judge them by how they deal with them. so instead of finding a solution to keep me as a customer they allow me to go elsewhere. I'm a business marketer's dream. They know what kind of car I have , they know my tolerance for expense. They know my service habits. A compromise would have kept me as a patron. So here we are.....
